James Dittmore of the Hatch Council is bringing up a couple of Giant Roasters to PBK and we are roasting some hatch.
Pre-orders will be available by calling 575 646-4929 or emailing tastethetradition@nmda.nmsu.edu
$35 per case for either mild or hotyou will be able to pick up your hatch green chiles by 1pm
Festivities start at 3pm and music starts at 6pm

Pulled Pork Enchiladas smothered with two layers of roasted Hatch Green Chili sauce topped with Monterrey Jack Cheese, an over easy egg and sliced fresh Hass Avocado

PBK Angus Sliders topped with fire roasted Hatch Green Chilies, sweet onions and Monterrey Jack cheese

*Fire Roasted Hatch Chili con Queso served with house made tortilla chips and Hatch Chili Salsa

Hatch Chilies stuffed with queso Fresco and house smoked pulled pork, dipped in beer batter and fried to a golden brown perfection
